Hi, I’m Chloe and I’m so excited you’re here! I’m assuming you’ve landed on my page because you want to elevate your health and fitness. My philosophy is that EVERYONE should have health and fitness as part of their lifestyle and I’m here to show you how.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have been exercising for a long time, there’s always more to learn and ways to improve. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations from NDIS clients to athletes.
I play hockey competitively in Canberra and spent four years in America at a Division 1 University playing hockey whilst studying my Bachelors of Exercise Science. Not only am I an athlete myself, but I’m an academic and understand how the body moves! This gives me an edge in my training and coaching because I know what to do to maximise performance.
As a coach, I love getting specific with client goals and tailoring your program to suit you. Everyone is different so it makes sense we should all have different programs. My aim is to educate you along the way so you can grow and become confident to make informed decisions when it comes to your health and fitness long term. The goal is for this to become a LIFESTYLE!
